2021 Recipient - Kay Dodd

Kay Dodd was instrumental in starting the Hand-In-Hand Options program at St. Ann School, where her youngest child, Hannah, who happens to have Down syndrome attended 7th and 8th grades and was a pilot student in the Hand in Hand program. She was tenacious in ensuring not just Hannah, but all students received the support they needed in the program. In 2020, Kay Joined the Board of Directors for the Nashville Catholic Diocese Hand-In-Hand Options and serves as the Chair of the Advancement Committee. Kay also serves as Board President for The ARC of Davidson County and Greater Nashville and past Board Vice President of the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee.
