The Black Down Syndrome Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Black families with the resources and support they need for their loved ones with Down Syndrome. The organization works to create a culturally competent, safe space for Black families and their loved ones with Down Syndrome. They strive to create a community of support and understanding and to provide a platform for Black families to share their stories, experiences, and needs and are committed to advocating for the rights of Black persons with Down Syndrome and to ensure that they are given the same opportunities and respect as everyone else.
